Why has it stopped letting me start a round?
Five rounds a day are free, resetting at local midnight. When you run out you can watch a rewarded ad for one more round, or buy the lifetime unlock, which removes the limit and all ads for good. Everything else — the lobby, room codes, results, your best score — is always free.
I bought the unlock and it is not active.
Open StepRun, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the same store account that made the purchase.
My friend cannot join my room.
Room codes expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, and both players need a working connection. Create a fresh room and share the new code. Codes are case-insensitive.
Delete my data
Email highball@jocoding.net telling us the nickname that is on the leaderboard, or roughly when you sent the feedback, and we will delete the entry. There is no account to close, and solo play never left your device in the first place.
