Privacy Policy

StepRun collects about as little as a game can. This is the whole of it, in plain words.

1. Solo play sends nothing anywhere.
2. Online battles send your nickname, the room code and your moves to our Cloudflare server; rooms are deleted within 30 minutes of going idle, and no match data is stored.
3. The leaderboard stores the score you submit and the nickname you submit with it.
4. Feedback stores the message you write and any contact details you choose to include.
5. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which receives your advertising ID and your interactions with the ads under Google’s privacy policy; on iOS we ask your permission first.
6. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and verified by RevenueCat, which receives the store receipt and an anonymous app user ID.
7. There is no analytics or crash-reporting SDK inside the app. Google Analytics runs on this website only.
8. We do not sell data, and we delete leaderboard or feedback entries on request — just ask through the support page.
